6 sampai 8 haribulan aku pergi tempat ramai orang cina..Sibu.
ini bukan tulisan yang berbau rasis tapi inilah hakikat..
Sibu ni aku kira macam Hong Kong kalau dekat Sarawak..

banyak benda jadi dekat sibu 2 hari ni
boleh aku sebut ini wiken yang cukup best..walaupun ada jugak satu dua insiden yang tak best..
yang penting..aku kena simpan dan tanam dalam-dalam apa orang negara bertamadaun selalu sebut..'let good things prevail'

aku pergi hantar kereta..jumpa kawan-kawan..jumpa 'kawan'..dan buat benda-benda yang berfaedah, menyihatkan anggota tubuh dan memanjangkan silaturrahim..

Colour Rush Run 3.0 is an annual event organized by Sarawak Children Cancer Society (SCCS) together with Ouryouth.my in conjunction to support young children to fight cancer. It was first held in Kuching in 2012 if i'm not mistaken.

SCCS has made this event annually starting then. Adding on this year is the event will take part in 3 separate cities of Sarawak which are (Kuching, Miri and Sibu). Overall, Colour Rush Run 3.0 had increased the society awareness of the need to support those families with kids suffering from cancer.

I joined it this year with someone i have never imagined running with. Glad to have you around with me this time. Hope to run with you again in near future (perhaps it'll be in Kuching next time). It was my first run for 2015 actually. Even though its a flat light 5.0 km run. I'm still out of breath. I do think I need a lot of running after this..
