cakap omputeh time!!!

i'm currently inserting the very last munch of peanut butter & chocolate waffle inside my mouth when reading a status on facebook...among stated are..our DPA course is scheduled in August..wahh...after raya meh??i'm wondering attending the course with a big fat tummy...oh no!!

6 months to go..meaning that i got another 6 month to get fit both mentally and physically..huk aloh!
